MSA Paraclete dual-purpose F.A.S.T. kits provide the officer/operator with daily protection and the ability to quickly respond to situations. The concealable vest can quickly be converted to a light tactical vest with mission-specific pouches and pockets.

MSA Lightweight Outer Carriers are available in three versions:

• The OPC-100 (Outer Patrol Carrier), a general-duty external carrier with multiple sewn-in utility pockets and pouches. Large utility pockets include elastic to hold utility items. Includes handcuff pouch, flashlight loop, and small utility pockets.

• The EMS (Emergency Medical Services Carrier), similar to the OPC-100 Carrier but provides large utility pockets, reflective trim, and color variations to accommodate emergency medical services and other specialty applications.

• The Delta LTC (Lightweight Tactical Carrier), an externally-worn carrier with front and back pockets accommodating rifle plate sizes of up to 10” x 12”. Also included is an integrated webbed MOLLE-style grid.
